Paris Is Always A Good Idea

22 Jan 2013

If I was a rich girl, I would spend every weekend in Paris.

(As I'm not, I'll have to  indulge in *this* instead. Image via Paris In Four Months - a beautiful blog I could live inside)

    1. One day, but right now I'm happy to stay put as I have my job, my friends, my family and my pets to consider. Living abroad is in my long term plan, but right now I just want it for the weekend :)

  13. So would I. It's one of my favourite places.

(Also, I have always wondered where that bridge was, I can't believe how close I've been to it and yet still haven't seen it!)

  17. I've only ever been to Disneyland Paris (lol) and had a drive through Paris very briefly. We're hoping to do more city breaks next year when we've finished scrimping for the US of A, including Paris and Barcelona, along with some Italian cities, maybe Berlin or Munich and Geneva. You can get super cheap, non-hostel accommodation on airbnb.com and the putter-uppers are reviewed by past guests mostly so you can pick a place where the person is more than likely not going to murder you in your sleep :) x

  18. Oh, your post and that blog make me want to put my coat on and head to Paris RIGHT NOW! This year I'm lucky enough to be in France and only a couple of hours from Paris by train, and its still not too cheap to get there, but I really should make use of the opportunity more than just travelling through to reach the airport. I think that will be my mission for the next few months!
