#2. Mother dear getting a dog... wait, let me start again. Mother dear getting a
fifth dog. And they wonder where I get it from. (In other news, how freakin' cute is she???) Her name is Badger and she is a Lurcher - Collie cross from a bad home.. her breeder kept her and her brother in boxes away from sunlight and they lived on straw. She has a weak little stomach because of it but is already doing much much better, especially with
the other dogs looking after her!
#3. Seeing my parents on Saturday and having a good old bonding session with my Mum over her (humungous) perfume collection. She sent me home with a bottle of '
Suddenly Madame Glamour' and a spritz of Daisy by Marc Jacobs - which I now pretty much
need a bottle of.
#4. One of my oldest friends starting a blog, '
Sarah Says..' It's brand new so there isn't much there yet, but if you fancy a go then
her pregnancy tale is a good place to start.
#5. A visit to Nando's with the ladies. You can't beat a good night of girly gossip, some chicken, and some wine!

DeleteI know, some people just shouldn't be allowed around animals! The Jack Russells have been nursing her so she's doing well.. she's very playful and friendly which is amazing considering x
One of the things that really threw me in London was how posh you guys somehow made Nando's.. here it's like one step up from McDonald's so in tatty jeans and a tourist tee I walk in and am shocked when wait staff take me to a seat and give me a wine list!!! Same great tasting chips though!

ReplyDeleteBadger the puppy is the cutest, I've been begging the boy to get a pet so that I have something to play with and cuddle when I visit. He said I already did all that with him, so I didn't need one. What a spoilsport!
It's really sad that people can treat animals like that. I was looking at a local animal rescue website last night and was nearly in tears reading about their stories. My next pet is *definitely* going to be a rescue!

We have two rescue dogs as well, who were mistreated in Ireland and were then just left on the coast. Thankfully England rescued them, they only spent two days before we snatched them up!

Very cute list. We are two puppies, not rescues necessarily but one was from a puppy mill. We just couldn't leave her there, it was so terrible.
